The TEAM Companies is a US-based company founded in 1992 as TEAM (Tours, Entertainment, Advertising & Music), an employer of record payroll provider for the advertising & entertainment industries. The goal was to provide the user with a better TOCS (Team Online Client System) app experience yet it should be instantly usable and easy-to-use since they were familiar with the TOCS offering already. The challenge was to re-design the User Interface and User Experience of TOCS without affecting the current framework.
